:33 < maybe she’s into you, maybe she isn’t, and maybe she’s kindasorta but doesn’t think you’d be interested, so she hasn’t purrsued you yet. the only way to find out is from her!

:33 < there’s a point, maybe several points, in everyone’s life were they look at what they have believed and decide if they still believe it.

:33 < some people get reaffurmed whenever they examine their beliefs, and some people learn that they believe something totally diffurent.

:33 < some people go from having very strong religious leanings to becoming atheist or agnostic, and vice fursa. the fact you’re looking at what you believe critically and s33ing if it serves you is not a bad thing.

:33 < okay, so it might be an uncomfurtable thing, but not a bad one.

:33 < take your time and figure out what you f33l. maybe it’s something as vague as “not this” and maybe you’ll find another religion or belief structure or nothing at all is what resonates with you. this is a purrocess that can take some time, though, so be furgiving with yourself; none of us has all the answers, after all.

:33 < next, ac has already put her opinions on settling fur someone on the record; never settle fur someone just because they are available and the purrson you really want isn’t. they always deserve better than that.

:33 < treating someone like they’re worth less because they have a sexual history is wrong. treating someone like they’re worth less because they’re rumored to have one is also wrong. a purrson has the right to make their own decisions with their own body as they choose; and yeah, sometimes people make less-healthy decisions about their how ready or safe they are or about who they do it with, but these are still their decisions to make.

:33 < now, i could s33 you having concerns if the girl in question had a history—not a rumored history, but an actual history—of cheating on people. i could s33 having hang-ups if she had a habit—not a rumored habit, but an actual habit—of being a jerk inside and outside of a relationship. i could totally understand if these were things you were worried about!

:33 < and ac could totally, totally understand if you didn’t want to date the girl because you were too diffurent or you just didn’t like her.

:33 < but ac doesn’t know that any of these are what’s going on, and it’s wrong to think of anybody as less than a purrson or less worthy of love and pity just because of an actual or rumored sexual past.

:33 < do not court the girl you like if she definitely does not have quadrant f33lings fur you, but don’t worry, you’ll find someone else you can like.

:33 < do not court the girls that like you but you don’t like, because they deserve better than to briefly be with someone who’s just going to dump them fur someone “better” when the oppurrtunity purresents itself.

:33 < and do not court the last girl, because seriously, if your furiends’ opinions and the pawsibility of her having had or enjoyed sex ever in her life are enough to make you judge her as worthless? then she deserves better than you.

:33 < regardless of what your mom-lusus says, getting a job can be a very good thing! you get money, you get more control over your life, and you kind of get furced to acquire more life skills that you might not get staying at home, like learning how to take orders, remember things, do really fast math, or deal with people gracefully without biting them.

:33 < and getting a job can be good fur finding out what works and doesn’t work fur you. maybe this is how you find out you never ever ever want to work on a car, or make coff33, or type all day? finding out what doesn’t suit you is every bit as impawtent as finding out what does.

:33 < on the other paw, ac also understands that sometimes, the more someone is told to do something, the less they want to do it. people can be very contrary sometimes! so your mom might not realize that the purressure she’s putting on you is actually hindering your wanting to get a job!

:33 < if a job would be good fur you—and honestly, it’d be good fur a lot of us to have some kind of work when we don’t—then get yourself enrolled in the pawsibility of having a job and liking it. 

:33 < you could find a job that’s fun! or has fun people! or you get cool stuff like discounts or fr33 food or you can play tag in the mattress depawtment or something! you never know until you get one and find out, right?
